For the Love of Art:  Your day will start with an exciting hands-on art activity and take home gift at the Indianapolis Arts Center followed by lunch and an afternoon at the renowned Indianapolis Museum of Art, including the beautiful outdoor Gardens, 100-Acres contemporary sculpture park and the historic Lilly House. 

 

Indianapolis...Past & Present:  This half day tour will educate and entertain.  Included are the many memorials and monuments erected to honor those who have served our country, a decadent lunch at a historical mansion and a look at how this heritage and the city's history has shaped Indianapolis into the vibrant city it is today.

Shop 'Til You Drop:  Travel to Brown County, known as the "Art Colony of the Midwest" to scour the streets for fine arts, crafts, artist studios, antiques and more.  Enjoy lunch on your own at one of the areas beloved eateries sure to hit the spot with some fried biscuits, apple butter and down home cooking!  Following lunch, hit the bargains at Edinburgh Premium Outlets featuring shops such as Adidas, Calvin Klein, Coach, Bass, to name a few.

Wine...and all that Jazz:  Enjoy a cellar tour of the Chateau Thomas Winery, an Indianapolis favorite for more than 25 years.  Participate in a wine tasting while nibbling on some fruit and cheese.  A delicious lunch follows while guests relax and enjoy some live jazz music!  Guests will have time to shop at the fabulous gift shop and each participant will take home a special complimentary Chateau Thomas souvenir wine glass.

Life is a Cabaret:  The Boggstown Cabaret offers unique, live entertainment featuring music from the 1900's -1960's, comedy and audience interaction all performed by professional entertainers while enjoying a wonderful plated dinner.  You'll get a slice of Vaudeville, Vegas, Branson and Broadway but one of the most unique features of the show is that YOU are an active participant.  Boggstown isn't a place you go to sit and observe... the Cabaret is a party and YOU are invited!!

Start Your Engines:  Take advantage of your time in the city deemed the Racing Capital of the World.  The Indianapolis Motor Speedway is the home of the world famous Indy 500 and a must see!  The museum is filled with racing history, former winning cars, vintage race cars, passenger vehicles, a variety of trophies and information on the progression of the timing and scoring systems.

Guests will be treated to a delicious lunch at the Brickyard Crossing, a Pete Dye designed golf course.

Following lunch, experience the Dallara IndyCar Factory which provides an up close look at the future of racing with 23,000 square feet of interactive and hands-on exhibits centered on the engineering and technology of the world's fastest sport.  Guests will participate in a once in a lifetime experience as they slide into a real race car specially made with two-seats and take a short ride along the streets of Speedway with an experienced race car driver!

Downtown Progressive Dinner:  Grab your friends and get signed up for a special dinner sure to tantalize your taste buds.  Three of Indianapolis' prized downtown restaurants will serve as your host.  All you have to do is ENJOY!  Appetizers will be served at a favorite downtown restaurant, then take a short plesant walk to your next eattery where dinner entrees will be served!  Finish your night off at another popular Indianapolis hot spot with delicious coffee and dessert!

 Deadline for booking tours and activities is Friday, June 20, 2014. Booking after that deadline will be based on availability.  All tours and activities are inclusive of transportation, taxes, and gratuities. 

Tickets:  Tickets will be picked up at the Tour Desk in conjunction with Delta Kappa Gamma Registration.

Tour Departures:  All tours will depart from and return to the JW Marriott Indianapolis, 10 S West St, Indianapolis, IN 46204.

Payment :  Registration through this site will require credit card payment.
